Many people complained that these were way too small. When I first put them up to my eye I felt the same way. But I soon realized that I had a preconception of how they would fit on the eye. They are meant to be small and fit close to the eye ball. Once I played around and figured out that you have to apply some pressure to make them fit tight, then it worked perfectly. I don't even need to look up at the ceiling because by just looking upward slightly the liquid in the cup coveres the eye completely. No need to tilt all. the way back, maybe it would leak then. Anyway, I'm very happy with these cups. The eye washing seems to be helping my dry eyes and some other condition that was making my eye lashes crusty in the morning. I'm using triphala in the morning and rosewater in the evening.

Call me old-fashioned, but if I get something in my eye I like to rinse my eye out gently instead of squirting in a bunch of solution from a bottle. Thankfully, old fashioned is just what these are - you fill the cup with liquid, then tilt over your eye and face. There's bound to be a little leakage when you tilt back, but the seal is pretty decent all in all.

I love these. The touch of the rim around the eye is soft and smooth. I love that they look more vintage then modern. The only thing is that you need to rinse after each use, because there is a little divet in the bottom and if you don't rinse it, the eye wash can dry and flake in that area and get in your eyes when you do an eye rinse again. These are perfect.

Some things are okay to dispose of. Not everything! I am 70+ years old and I remember when nothing was thrown away after one use including syringes. Of course technology has shown over time that some items are safer being used once, however, this creates another problem. Too much garbage and were to safely store it. The Military Commissary I go to buy my grocery's still offers PAPER Bags upon request. I like the items I can keep and reuse.(Polyvinyl Chloride (CH2CHCl)n and polyethylene (CH2)n are just two examples of Plastic.)

Ordered these and received a set with noticeable chips along the top edge. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, I went ahead and asked for a replacement. Second set arrived and also had chipping along the top edge. Seems to be something in the manufacturing process that is off, because the packaging itself was more than adequate. Sorry, given this repeated flaw, I can't recommend these be used anywhere near your eyes.

I truly enjoy using the eye wash set. Very nice. They work well for my purpose. They’re very delicate, and not much weight, so I’m very careful with them. I’m thinking if they were a little heavier below the stem I may not fear breakage.
