Wow what a huge difference taking this product has really helped restore energy and helps my overall feeling of health. I mix my own formula of rhodiola roses (1tbs) equal parts with this cordyceps (1tbs) product and 1/2 part humic acid(1/2 tbs). I stuff that into a number 0 size capsule and take it 3 times a day 3 pills each time. I've tried many things on my journey but nothing has compared to this formula. I also take fulvic acid straight by its self on an empty stomach too which works synergistically with this. I will be a lifetime customer of this brand, find it very effective.
