Great shower. Easy to follow instruction and works well. High quality. The height adjustment of the rain shower and the handheld shower is a plus. During winter, easy to disassemble the handle to protect it from freezing. Would buy again and recommend.

I really like the shower system. It looks and works great in our outdoor shower! Unfortunately, the main water control valve was damaged by freezing temperatures last winter and began to leak. ( I drained the valve better in prior winter and had no problem.) When I contacted customer service, they offered and promptly sent me a replacement valve which I installed and the shower now works fine once again. They have followed up several times during the process to ensure success.

Great product but amazing customer service! I bought this a couple of years for an outdoor shower but after a couple of winters, it was leaking severely on startup this year (yes, I winterized it).I reached out to the company hoping for some advice. They responded immediately with instructions on how to remove the main valve assembly and after sending them some pictures, they immediately sent me a brand new valve replacement. I switched the two out and now have the shower back up and working leak free.Amazing customer service and a pretty good product!!! Thank you!

Changing my review to 1 star. 6 months after install after buying 2. One handle shot off and the other is leaking at a joint. After only 6 months. Waste.

Received item, looked great and worked well when installed. A few weeks later it started to leak. I emailed seller and they had the best customer service. They responded quickly and numerous times. Gave us instructions on how to fix it. That didn’t work and they immediately sent a replacement part. Easy to install and now working perfectly again. Thanks so much for the best customer service. It’s working great in our outdoor shower.
