Super impressed with this product. Yes, as others have mentioned it can get super hard (but so can brown sugar). I whacked the bag on the counter a couple times and it went back to a 93%ish granulated form with a few clumps, but I could easily squish those with my fingers. Definitely not a deal breaker for me. The taste is amazingly just like sugar. Not funky, not too sweet, no weird aftertaste. Made a cherry pie that was fanfreakingtastic (and pretty much guilt free). Definitely recommend!

I ordered this and the first shipment was hard as concrete, so I ordered a replacement. I received it today and it’s hard as concrete. I can’t request another replacement because it saying this time it’s not eligible for return. This product cost too much to not be able to use!

The media could not be loaded.  This product should be shipped in something other than a plastic Amazon bag. If you are supposed to use it as a sugar replacement it should be the texture of sugar.The taste is great when it is fresh.

I like that there is no aftertaste and the texture is very close to granulated sugar. The only drawback is that it tends to clump. However, that is an easy fix as I grate it or put in the coffee grinder too and that does the trick.

This sugar substitute is indistinguishable from sugar - score! Finally no guilt in making sweet baked goods with the kiddos. I made the almond cupcake recipe on the package and it came out delicious.

Terrible!! Normally this sweetener is great, but my last order both bags were complete solid and unusable. What a waste. Cancelling my subscription, no refunds are offered and I don’t want this to happen again.

Great if you’re doing Keto! I made blueberry muffins and they came out so tasty!

I normally get this product from sprouts and decided to try ordering online and it came solid hard. Very disappointing .. it’s stone hard. Not going to order again!!!
