The whole system squeaks the rollers fall off it does absoloutly nothing to train your abbs i threw the box away or it would have gone back its just a piece of scrap metal under bed now

We have had this piece of equipment since September of 2023 and I love it. I have lost over 2" on my waist, my stomach is much flatter, my obliques are much better and I have had to buy smaller pants as well as add a hole in my belt. My routine on this machine, which began in earnest 90-120 days ago, lasts 50-54 minutes and I use it 7 days a week. I expect to continue to see positive results with the continued use of this machine. I originally gave this 4 stars, but have changed it to 5 stars based upon how well Thane customer service has been in their willingness to resolve the only issue I had. I highly recommend this machine.

I have started neck problems after using this chair. So watch videos before using this. Be careful.

This ab doer is amazing did about 10 minutes on the first day as soon as assembled. Amazing feeling . You really feel the lower body and upper body work... you got to get used to the feel of it. But it's a great work out . Worth the money !

Me gusto mucho, no puedo usar muchos aparatos por el coxis desviado y este es el único que no me lastima, usándolo frecuente es muy bueno

I love this machine, I didn't overly get it for abs but I have chronic pain, and when I use this machine it helps me get some exercise in, if I wanted to work on my core, I would normally have to do sit ups or something that I could not do because of chronic pain, so this machine helps with this as well!
