Easy to use on kids and adults
Very easy to use and Get going. It was much quieter than I expected, but had plenty of power to cut through thick hair. Used it on my toddler first to cut his very long quarantine hair. Went extremely well and the attachments were very simple to use. My wife used it on me after and again, very easy. Comes with tons of attachments and combs to make cutting hair easy, as well as a quick How-To haircut guide. All attachments fit in the case easily, and the brush makes cleaning the cutter very quick. No complaints at all, definitely would recommend to anyone.

So far, so good
The scissors, as expected, are total garbage. But the clippers work really well and come with a good variety of attachments. I've done 2 haircuts so far and have no complaints (other than my lack of hair cutting talent).

High quality, easy use (but watch video FIRST)
So easy to use, with many length options. I'm my husband's COVID hairstylist. Watching videos would have helped: I trimmed a little too close on one side because I didn't use the taper guard correctly. (He forgave me.) I also used it on my own thick, curly hair, trimming around my ears just to try something different -- and I love it! I'm going to have husband trim my back undercut -- after he watches a video or two. High quality with a compact storage case. Long cord.

Update: great customer service
I’m updating my prior review because I am so appreciative of the customer service. Within an hour of emailing, they had responded apologizing for the scissor issue and had shipped a new pair of scissors by the next morning. New scissors work great!Clippers were great and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the scissors were bent and unable to cut any hair. I’m disappointed because I intentionally chose a kit with scissors and ended up having to use the kitchen scissors to cut my boyfriend’s hair. With better scissors, I would recommend the kit.

great solid clippers
I was looking for something to cut my 2 boys hair at home. And this was a great purchase...first cut I managed to do a salon quality cut. I'm a busy working mom and taking them to the salon or to get a cut was sometimes agonizing.

Enjoying my Clippers!
I am enjoying my Wahl clipper set. I bought one about 15 years ago and it was time to replace it so I bought another one. It's working like a charm. I opted to save the old fittings just in case I need a back up set. They fit so this is an added bonus. I would recommend it to others searching for a clipper set.
