Not worth it for our organization. May demand a refund.
We have not even had these for just a few months and both vacuums' belts have broken. We bought these for a theatre and read reviews espousing these as great for commercial use, picking up popcorn, running well. Unfortunately that has NOT been our experience. These vacuums shoot the popcorn across the room instead of sucking it up. BOTH belts have already broken? Replacement belts were purchased and one has already snapped and the vacuums both have a horrible odor when operating of burning rubber. We expect the belts to snap again. What a disappointment and waste of money for a non-profit theatre.

I needed a new vacuum...and searched and searched
So, my 15+plus year Eureka Complete Clean was no longer working. It had a torn hose and Eureka doesn't make them anymore. I only loved it due to the heavy duty suction and leaving 'great' lines in carpet. I wanted a new canister but was unable to find one with a power roller/brush I bought a Bissell something upright, broke on first use, returned. So, I was once again searching for a vacuum. I find this one for 150.00...it has metal wands, metal bottom, a power roller/brush (not self propelled but...) I decided to try this. It arrived within 2 days, it was easy to put together. I have vacuumed my entire house. I have small home and only needed to unplug once and move to another socket once, so the cord is super long for me. I must say, I am impressed. Now, I can't see how much is sucked up into bag, I will definitely check. I was able to vacuum all area rugs on '1' setting btw. So far, so good. Well worth the money.. I have literally had it less than an hour.
