There's no instructions that comes with it.
The media could not be loaded. No instructions is in the box, but it's easy enough to figure out what to do. I had to reem out the old cam style lock with a drill bit. It does not come charged but seems to charge pretty quickly. I think maybe if I posted pictures of how it fits together will help other people.

No instructions included, trying for instructions from vendor. Finally got it but for the wrong lock. Very disappointed with Amazon on how it's handled. Took 2 weeks to arrive and still can't program it. Good concept in part bad execution on sales and support from vendor and Amazon

No instructions for assembly and no directions for installation amd setup. Then, I'm missing screws or who knows without instructions.

Por eao es que son bien importantes leer las opinionea ante de comprar un articulo.Gracias a eso no deaperdiciare mi dinero en eate articulo que no trae instruciones y seguro que no le ivan a poner el español. Vuscare otro aunque sea mas caro. Gracias por las opiniones.

No instructions…
No instructions came with it and the QR code was for something completely different. Got the thing installed on the drawer, but without some sort of mechanism the pin thing can go into (on the inside) to unlock, I don’t see how this would lock. It is on the drawer, it turns 180 degrees when it recognizes your print, but it is just turning, not unlocking anything, which I knew would be the case before I even installed it.
