Easy and light
Yummy almond flour, chocolate muffin/cupcake/cake. Very convenient and easy to make. When you make the mix, it will be very liquidy. You have not made a mistake. They rise and they’re very soft. Unlike many other gluten-free muffins. I love to add almond flavoring With dried cherries. I top it off then with Ben & Jerry’s Cherry Garcia ice cream. YUM! The mix fits perfectly in the long, narrow, Swedish almond cake pan. It makes the cake a beautiful presentation with drizzle on the top. I’ve also use Baileys in the mix and Baileys in the drizzle frosting. It’s my go to easy dessert. Enjoy

Finally mixes that taste great, aren't too sweet and use (lower-carb) almond flour!
I love this cake/muffin mix. Lower in sugar and relatively low in carbs it makes a great base for cakes. I don't feel as guilty making a dessert that's not overly sweet or calorie-laden either. I used this in a lemon/lime poke cake recipe and it worked really well.

Good pancake mix
The mix is super light and tasty, I mixed it with almond milk, not water, and I added more than what it suggests, I added raisins, walnuts, and blackberries. I made the mix for 6 pancakes, but I only made one with the whole thing, and it's the size that my son eats, so it doesn't go far enough. The only negative thing is that it's super expensive, because the box doesn't even come with a pound, so yes the pancake mixture will not last even three uses.

Been GF, soy free, sugar free & dairy free for over 10 years
Too expensive to bake muffins very often but these are my go to muffins when I do - about 4-6 times/year. I add walnuts and chocolate chips (sugar free). Great taste!

Great that it's keto but I'm not that devoted so a little sugar on the side on a note would be great
This mixes are very nice and of course they're keto I would really like to know how to add at least a modest amount of sugar so they're kind of sweet but not overdone. I hope they come out with a recipe that's middle of the road. I don't want to exclude every delicious thing I just want to try to get better a little. MJ Alpine Oregon

Chocolate is the hardest to make and tastes the worst. Causes massive bowel movements. Painful.
Basically everything I said in the title. I ordered the 3 pack of banana, pumpkin, and chocolate. The banana was the best tasting and my entire household had to be monitored to make sure they weren't eating more than 1 muffin a day. This wasn't successful haha. We ate them up quick and came to regret it later. It was filling, but if you eat more than 1 a day, you had best be prepared for BULK in your bowel movements. It honestly was so painful it felt like giving birth. Lesson learned. The pumpkin one had a weird smell akin to salmon jerky, but when topped with pecans and maple syrup, it was a fairly tasty breakfast replacement. The chocolate. Ooooh woe the chocolate. The measurements are off and if you are unfamiliar with baking, it is the least novice-friendly of the three. I hope you have a measuring cup that can accurately measure 2/3 of water. Even with that, the mixture came out like soup broth, resulting in flat muffins with wet bottoms. The chocolate had no taste after baking, which was strange since the powder definitely has a chocolate taste to it. If you do go with the chocolate, I suggest you do a half water-half milk mixture (for all of them really) when it calls for water and carefully add the mixture of water and milk until you have batter. Don't just blindly follow the measurements on the box, not for the chocolate mix.I would also say melt some chocolate of your choice in a ceramic cereal bowl, letting the bowl float in a pot of boiling water and stirring the melting chocolate. This method is recommended for those new to baking. Take the melted chocolate and add it to the chocolate muffin mix and thoroughly stir. Do not whisk. As I said above, these taste better if you go half water and half milk when it calls for water. The banana and the pumpkin don't require anything extra to taste right. Avoid the chocolate, it has no flavor once baked. Don't eat more than 1 a day or else pay later in the bathroom. >__oIt is easy to stir with just a spoon and your arm. You don't need a blender. True to the box, these will be ready in 20 minutes. 25 minutes will make them far too dry. The chocolate wasn't able to be made solid even after 45 due to my blindly following the measurements on the box.
