I have been a member of this Taoist society for 18 years, this book can be purchased in class for £25This book featuring The Master Moy himself, is an outstanding read and book reference to learnt the moves of this set.

The book is really almost new. In many countries it is no longer available.
However, people from abroad need some patience for the receiving procedure. It took some time to get it.But now I am very glad that I can use it to improve my health. With this I can praktise better the 108 TaiChi movements as a starter. In the beginning Tai Chi can be experienced as difficult, because of the coordination of the feet in harmony with the arms and hands. But with those inner images of the book starters can have some support by using visualisation.
