RitFit Premium Balance Ball Trainer with Resistance Bands (Free Foot Pump, Exercise Wall Chart, Workout DVD and Measuring Tape)

Setup for this was pretty really easy with the pump. I've had it for about six months now and seems to be holding up well. The only things I would note is that it seems higher and sliiiightly less wide than others I've used which makes balance a little harder, and the lines around it are more raised so your hands have to get used to it, they dug in a little at first if you are doing pushups and such on the ball. Would overall recommend though.

I got this version of the bosu ball because it was cheaper and had straps to help with my balance in the beginning. The ball and straps seem to be made well and I've already done some balance work to help rebuild my foot strength after foot surgery, so I think it's going to really work well for that. But the DVD is terrible quality and won't play in my DVD player or Playstation, only on my laptop. And it's not a straight through exercise video like I'm used to... it shows basic moves, then tells you to repeat x number of times or for x number of minutes so you have to keep pausing it.

the ball is very good quality, and I think it will be excellent in helping me strengthen my core. I only rated as 4 stars because the DVD and instructions for pumping up are not very helpful. The DVD cannot play on a standard DVD player, only my computer. Then, it says to repeat certain exercises for x minutes, so you have to pause to complete. Also, I did receive a measuring tape but with no instructions about how to use it. The pump I received was useful, but it's not the one as shown. It's a hand pump, not a foot pump.

I needed an electric air pump to fill it.Since it's so hard to inflate it's not something you can deflate and easily store... So now it's one of those things that are just taking up floor space while not being used. It's a fun and useful workout tool besides my inflation and storage issue.

The resistance bands are just a joke. It can't be properly installed and it constantly pops out. I installed it exactly as the instructions specify.This is edited post. Customer service responded to me after I posted the review. They shipped me new resistance bands and they actually work. They twist to the left.Overall the ball is a good quality and I’m happy to have the resistance bands that work.

This is perfect for an at home workout! You can do various balancing exercise to strengthen the core. With the bands and the balance ball, you work out your whole body. The bands are removable so that makes the balance ball trainer versatile if you want to flip it over and use it that way (although it's not recommended for safety reasons, I still like to plank with it and do body squats using the backside). If you're comparing it with the traditional Bosu ball, its not as round on the dome part if that matters to you.

FANTASTIC company to do business with!!! Our unit arrived without a plug to hold the air in the ball. The company did everything possible to get a plug to us quickly, however that was not possible because they were out of stock. They did absolutely the right thing as far as an adjustment to my account. I highly recommend this RitFit product and you can only be pleased with the quality of their customer service, and their sincere concern for making their product highly productive, and their customer pleased and happy. You cannot go wrong with RitFit.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my very athletic mom. Debated going with the more expensive brand-name Bosu, but took a chance on this brand to save a little money. Out of the box looks to be just as good as the Bosu, and the resistance bands are a nice bonus. 2 months later it's holding up just fine, although to be fair it hasn't gotten extremely heavy use (her workouts are pretty low-impact and she mostly uses it ball-side up). I'll update the review if anything changes, but for now I'm glad I went with this brand.
