Helpful in stabilizing elbow to allow for healing
It was helpful in stabilizing my elbow so that I moved/bent it much less during my normal daily activities. It was sturdy & easy to use. On a hot day it could get a little sweaty underneath, so it's important to take it off as much leaving it on.

Well Conceived - Reasonably Constructed
Writing this review in part because it seems that some customer reviews (perhaps lacking knowledge and understanding surrounding issues involved) appear to expect the un-realize-able results, while blaming this product.As my physician advised me personally, the best (physical) treatment for the "cubital tunnel syndrome" surrounding "tennis/golfer elbow" is to avoid (consciously, or unconsciously, as when sleeping) flexing/bending affected arm(s).This product allows the user to (variably) limit the degree of physically allowed flexing/bending. Individual velcro-binding straps (intended to be positioned on each side of one's elbow) allow for a uniquely (from what appears to be presently available on Amazon.com sales platform) useful and effective method of "customizing" such restrictions.I find the physical manufactured construction of the product to be pretty good (so far). (As is always the case with such products), the usable product lifetime of the velcro-binding straps may be limited. I wore the product for several days over bare skin surrounding my elbow, and it did not particularly irritate (my own) skin. Wash-ability appears uncertain.

Comfortable elbow protection without the struggle of other products.
Perfect! So easy to put on. So easy to adjust. Soft and comfortable. Would fit a smaller and much larger arm, so it is, in fact, "one size fits most". I just received mine, but it seems to be sturdy and easily taken care of. My issue is sore, dry, highly sensitive elbows. This item does not have a lot of padding at the elbow, but it protects the area quite well without being bulky. Arm movement is not restricted. After trying a lot of other "solutions"...this one is the best. I've ordered another one for my other elbow! Won't need to wear both all the time, but nice to have the flexibility.

Somewhat large
If you have smaller arms it mainly puts pressure where the straps are. Its not bad but I need the compression at the joint itself.Its good for mobility and probably meant to be used in the gym, so if you're a EDS haver I wouldn't recommend, but overall its a good product!

Elbow wrap 💪
This has helped me to do my job. Puts the pressure where its needed. I've tried many different types of elbow tendonitis products. Some made it worse. Others did nothing. This is exactly what I needed. Ive used this for 2 days for my job. Noticed an improvement. Been hurting for 2 months.. when to doctors, chiropractor, and massage therapy. Nothing has helped me. Best part is you can adjust the velcro to your needs.
