Good stuff but the taste is terrible but since it is an unflavored extract you will need to get use to it. But there other mixture options to help the flavor.

The herb tastes terrible so I recommend either buying it in capsules, putting it in capsules, or mixing it in a small blender and drinking really fast which is what I do. The product strong and works immediately giving me energy, focus, and a feeling of well being. I highly recommend it.
