Needed for a series of jobs, worked well. Plastic grip area wears a bit as you break it in but that’s normal.

Great for the job
Long term review: aircraft technician here. These worked good for about 2 years of constant and heavy use. Got my money's worth out of them. Good deal on the price. Fits some of the biggest Cannon plug sizes. Strong grip. After 2 years they finally gave up and broke.

Dosent slip, good value.
Jaws are a hard plastic or phonelic material, good bite on a cannon plug, if its not applying pressure to a item the adjustable portion will slip and you'll have to re adjust for what you want to grip.

It works well for some things
I was disappointed a bit, I expected it to be a rubber grips but its plastic and it slides around. Not exactly what I wanted but it doesnt scratch the area youre working on so its exceptable. But I would look for a rubber grips before buying this model if I had the choice.

Worked great
I read a review that said that the nylon teeth would come out easily and that is not the case with the one that I bought, those nylon teeth are in there really good. This tool works great. I recommend it very much.
