My hand held can opener is very easy turned and sharp

Doesn’t work on all cans
Works well on some cans but not others due to the type of lid on the can. The wheel can’t grasp the narrow edge of the can, such as the crushed pineapple can from the Philippines by Food Lion. We will try to new type that mounts on top of the can. Also it doesn’t help if you have arthritis in your hands.

Not working properly
It's reqlly hard to find an angle where this will work, I had to do the same work i did with the old one I replace that was all worn out, this brand new one is really not working for me
