I love these bars! They are the perfect size when you just need a quick sweet snack. I tend to always need something sweet mid afternoon. This fits perfect and give a boost of protein that I need for my macros. Also Love they are whole30 compliant. I always have one in my bag. They are now a part of my subscribe and save order that comes monthly.

Really good snack if you are trying to reduce the amount of highly processed foods you are eating. The taste is good and doesn't taste chemically or too sweet like other processed bars. The protein source comes from whole food sources which are a nice change up if you already use whey/soy protein to get most of your protein intake for the day. The bar is definitely filling and will leave you satisfied unlike many other protein bars on the market, which is surprising because it has less protein than many of those bars. The best part is you probably won't get the protein farts that you do from other bars out there that clear rooms.The bar is really chewy and can get caught in your teeth so I'd recommend having floss on you if you plan on eating one. I've been eating them for a while and have needed floss most times after eating because I could feel some of the bar getting stuck in my teeth. It is a drawback, but the quality of the bar definitely outways that small factor. Some bars I noticed are stickier than others. Maple Sea Salt, Chocolate Chip, and Apple Cinnamon are the most sticky in my experience and were the most taxing on my jaw.

These bars are very tasty and I like the coconut in them. I gave it four stars because there is no chocolate in them, and it isn't listed on the ingredients on the box.

My favorite flavor of RX bars and my favorite energy bar on the market!! Highly suggest NOT giving these to kids. The nuts are a choking hazard and the bar is hard to chew (from the dates). It’s not easy to swallow and kids will make a mess of it.

I thought I’d give this brand a try but I should have read through the one-star reviews. Now, the packaging looked fine. The box was partly open but that’s understandable because of the perforations on the box. It’s easy to tear when handling the box and especially while it’s in the plastic delivery bag but all the bars were in the box and they were intact. The expiration date was seven months from now so that’s okay. The bars looked okay, the one I ate tasted okay, although not the tastiest. But a couple hours after eating one, it made me nauseous and then I vomited. Perhaps it was the egg white ingredient? I dumped the rest into the trash. These are not for me.
