Much easier tp use than the hard palm sugar. And cooks well.

Good product but not sure it’s low glicemiv ( bottle doesn’t say) and product too expensive for the price which was not much in amount

I’ve used this for coconut sticky rice and for fresh sauces. I used some for braised mushrooms. Any sauces that start off with ginger and garlic, I now use this if I would have add a little brown sugar. It’s firm and it’s a milder sweetness than table sugar. I added to the sautéed pan or simmering coconut milk to dissolve.

This palm sugar is excellent—it has the perfect amount of sweetness without being overpowering. It adds great flavor to recipes and dissolves well. However, I’d recommend removing the white paper inside the lid upon arrival, as I noticed some mold on it. Aside from that, the quality of the palm sugar itself is great. Would definitely buy again!

If we're being honest, I must admit I got what I paid for.This is my first time buying this product from anyone.The package arrived as a two pack, it leaked everywhere, Im in Florida and the heat can be brutal, but thats no reason for the packaging to leak. It should have been hermetically sealed.This didn't affect the taste but it did the consistency. Instead of being thick like molasses it was caky.All that aside the dishes I prepared came out wonderfully flavorful.I've been exploring new recipes and Palm Sugar paste, I found is not a product that widely manufactured.Im satisfied with the brand, but because its my first time trying Palm Sugar i will be exploring other brands to find one that suits my cooking style best.It could be that Four Elephants is the gold standard.

Great product! I make pad Thai often and this palm sugar is exactly what I have been looking for! It is about the same price as I would pay at my local Asian grocery store.

Unfortunately I never got to even try this product. It's quite possible that it may actually taste good. The product was bubble wrapped and as I was taking off the bubble wrap I noticed that the bubble wrap was sticky in areas. I washed off the jar because that too was sticky. About a week or so later like a volcano erupting I see product oozing out from the top lid. Yikes! That's not good. Wondering if the product got bloated by some unnatural cause I figured that I would have to return this. I get onto my Amazon account where I've spent literally thousands of dollars and they inform me that this product isn't available for a return. So basically I'm out my $10. I certainly hope this is a one off thing because I really don't want to take a chance on ordering another one. I will order a different brand instead just to be safe!

What a treat. Its just really good. It is a very thick paste and has great flavor.
