These tablets are really TINY. When you read the content on the bottle, the mg dose of each vitamin is so small, I cannot see it would make much difference to anyone. Ordered these from Amazon as I cannot get to the chemist, but I really do not feel this is a good buy

With all of the hype about Vit B helping to maintain neurological/brain health and stave off dementia, I was looking for some Vit B supplements. These have good amounts of Vit B components and Folate and are small tablets rather than big capsules that may be difficult to swallow. 180 tablets per bottle means that you only need to buy this twice a year.

Wow. All the Vitamin B's in one go! I most certainly need this in my life right now.Ordered this product and it arrived the following day. The packaging looks great and the ingredients looks like they contain everything that you will need.

It’s only been two weeks but I definitely notice a difference in levels of energy and don’t feel as lethargic at about 2-3pm as I did before. Since taking these B complex vitamins it’s really helped me to re-establish a routine.

Been taking for about 2wks now due to my bloods showing i was low in B1 B2 B9, Also it says i have red B1 will reduce my heart racing due to me having POTS & B2 for my Migraines. I will give them ago see if i notice a diffrence only had 2 migraines since taking them so who knows

Delivered next day , tablets had exactly the same amount of ingredients in them as dearer tablets and from uk brilliant will buy again

Just losing one star because of the added stuff it doesn't need and the fact i feel no different from taking it

Such a good product for keeping colds and such at bay. These really boosted my immune system within a few weeks and now my sniffles are kept away.
