I am normally disappointed with most companies that do business in Amazon market place. This is a company you can trust. I had a jar that was really difficult. this machine would not give up. It broke an arm. I ended up using a very large channel lock pliers to open that jar. The company was very good about replacing the opener. And this one also works like a champ.

Works good, easy to operate, it doesn’t open big mouth canning jars very well but as long as the lid isn’t rusted or corroded to the seal cap.

Amazing bottle opener using just a lite push button. Have had to push down hard on coke bottles.

I bought this automated jar opener for a friend who had a wrist problem requiring surgery. The product worked fine and solved a serious problem. My dear friend was very happy with it.

I purchased this product twice in the last few years and was satisfied with its ability to easily open jars. The second one lasted only two years, but that didn't disturb me. So I ordered my third one. It came in a box that looked like it had been opened before, and it was entirely defective. I returned it and asked for a replacement. I know how this gadget is supposed to work and this did not come even close. It doesn't behave at all consistent with the written instructions. You're supposed to press the button for 5-7 seconds, and release it when the outer jaws stop moving and the inner jaws start. At any point if you remove your hand from the button, it goes in reverse; both sets of jaws start to move apart. I could never get it to grip the lid and start to rotate to open the jar. I'll never use this brand again.

Love this can opener! My hands don’t work as well as they used to:) I needed to find a different type of can opener. Unlike the counter units that leave sharp edges, this can opener removes the entire lid so there are no sharp edges. AND the lid can be placed back on the can if you don’t use all the contents. This has come in handy for my cat’s wet food which comes in larger cans. It’s so easy to use. AND even easier to clean. Highly recommend

Worked great for a few months, then got a little iffy, and finally became useless. Tried new batteries but no joy there.

Gave the Robotwist Jar opener to my daughter as she has difficulty opening jars. She said it was easy to operate and she uses it frequently.
