The best hot sauce ever
This is without doubt the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted. It has a beautiful smoky flavour behind the incredible heat. I will b buying more 100%. My new go to hot sauce. I put it in chilli con carne and it was amazing

Love this sauce, it’s so moorish and spicy… a little bit too moorish, because I go through the stuff too quickly 😅 Wish they sold bigger bottles or jars, I like it that much.

A fantastic balance of heat and flavour!
This is a great tasting hot sauce. I have a good tolerance for heat and was looking for something hot, but this gives you that hot sauce kick without over powering all the other flavours. It's not the hottest out there if you're looking for something mind blowing, but I'd highly recommend giving this a try. It's good value too so I will be buying it again for sure!

Flavour!
Delicious. One of the best I've tasted. However, it's not hot. Carolina Reaper sauces I've tasted before have hurt. Doesn't detract from the flavour though.

I've used Encona for many years but this is the first time I've tried the Carolina Reaper. It's sublime, hot as .... but unlike some hot sauces that are all heat and no flavour this has both heat and plenty of flavour.

As hot as the suns ice cream
Not for feint hearted but not tooooo hot. I've got some seriously hot reaper sauces in the cupboard (sun tropical, blairs, daves insanity)... this is weaker (6% mash vs say 70%) but has a decent flavour (like i find all the encona chilli sauces do), and definitely more kick than encona Indian pepper sauce. I'd buy this again and enjoy it.

Disappointing
Well I expected this to be super hot. But it tasted more of vinegar than the chillie. Looking at the ingredients it only contains 5% carolina reaper which is imensly disapointing. I bought this sauce because it was value for money and I like this brand's original sauce which is made with 65% scotch bonnet and habenero peppers, is quite hot, and only costs £1.50. And is easily available at most supermarkets. If you want vinegar on your chips then by all means get this otherwise I go for a different brand.
