The buttons, and general product is made out of very cheap plastic. A lot of the games are repeats, or just don't make any sense, with no instructions. After about a month of inconsistent use the charging port just fell into the device breaking it. The buttons had started to not work very well. There's only about 10 fun games on there, and then there's like 50 of the same type of game over and over again. Although I have to say the two player option is super fun, and got a lot of use.

I love the original super mario brothers! It is really the reason I bought this product! I am shocked with how light it is. I am bit worried about the quality. The sound is also difficult to turn off which can be annoying. However! I would buy it again and again if it means I get to play mario brother!!! Great price and does the trick to give me a tase of my childhood!

For a small handheld unit, gameplay is really very good to great. Most games I recall for arcade consoles or from C64 games. There is a little getting used to the controller for me. It is more of a Nintendo type controller. I have tried “Bungling Bay”, PacMan, Lode Runner, plus many others. Other than controller buttons, action is like the originals. With 520 games, there are many I don’t know! Battery life seems good. It is easy to use and I bought three of these, so my grandkids can play on their own unit at home. My family had shown me one several days ago, so I knew what I was getting. Cones with charger cord for usb charging port, two play game controller connected by wire to main controller unit, and tv hook ups. I have not tried anything but okaying one player games and charging all three units. So far, great fun. I am spending too much time on the thing!!! 🙂

I bought two of these for my kids. We loved all the games (which have the original designer names. So instead of "Super Mario" it's called "Plumber" etc.) and the controls were easy. They were great to give the kids for long car rides. We loved that you could connect it to the TV. However, the USB port on top is so fragile that they both broke after several months. We could no longer charge the batteries or connect them to the Second Player controller. The cord for the Second Player controller is kinda short, so expect to sit close to player one and sit still. Jerking the Second Player controller will break the port it's plugged into. Also, after about 20-30 minutes play time, the audio was very crackly. The only way to fix the audio was to power-cycle the unit. Or just turn the volume all the way down. And as you've probably already discovered, about 100 of the games are actually duplicates. Some of the duplicates are the same game, but with a different title. And it's annoying to have to scroll through ALL the games just to get to one way down the list. For this price, it's not a huge loss. But I'd rather pay more for more rugged, quality devices.

I bought these for my niece and nephews Christmas presents. The games are a little off but not enough for the 10 year Olds and under to notice and they loved it! Parents had fun playing too, and I appreciate they can each be two player. Item is as described and definitely worth the money
