This book comes as advertised, gets you up to speed for your Cisco CCNA exam quickly. It's clear, concise and easy to learn from. This book is exactly what I needed!

It is full of info and I learned some things that were not in the Cisco CCNA book, but sometimes your reading about one topic and then a section about something you read in a pervios section, then back to what you were talking about.

That you have 30 days to return the book so you can receive the refund that is after you have failed the exam.Now unless your God, that won't ever happen. So unless you can do that in under 30 days, please don't use this book. Also don't use the exam dumps.Because you will be wasting your money, your time. Because they will be always be changing their exams. Just don't do it, trust me. They only care about your money, nothing else.

Not very well organized. Stopped using it because It took too long to find the relevant information. Very hard to study from.

All black and white. Would have been nice if it was colour and had diagrams to explain.
