It fits and is big enough to put on your head, but not too big so no extra amount of material. Doesnt hold shape very well when trying to fold into a headband style would be my only complaint.

I used this for my boy's cow boy costume for his birthday party. It is made from thin cloth and the quality isn't the best, worst fine for him.
