Otterbox Defender Case for iPhone 5C (Retail Packaging) Glow Green/Ocean Blue

I ordered this case for my boyfriend since I had recently gotten him a 5c and realized he needed a good case ASAP. I came across this one and thought it was cute & efficient. The delivery was on time, no problems with that. I'm only giving it 4 stars because once I opened the package and got the case out, the blue top is rubber and wiggly and easy to remove I like that, but the green part is the hard case and it was very difficult to remove/ get open ? Seriously it was unnecessarily hard. It took a little bit until we could get it open. There's a plastic cover to protect the screen & it gets easily dirty on the inside. Other than that it's a good product, it's sturdy and fits perfectly and will keep my boyfriends phone safe from all his accidental drops. I really liked how it looked and felt on the phone and it came with a belt clip which is cool!! He was very happy and satisfied with his case. Would recommend.

Fit perfectly on my sons iPhone 5c...nice solid construction and I'm sure it will protect the phone from the drops it will encounter. It does seem to allow some dust and debris under the screen protector and I have been removing and cleaning it off every other day or so. My son keeps the phone in his pocket, in his backpack, and any other place like under the sofa or in between cushion....so this may not be a problem for others. The case is easy to remove so it's not a huge drawback for us. The colors a bold and vivid....he loves it.

The phone case is vibrant and sturdy. I love the intense colors. You can't beat this level of protection, either. Otterbox *will* keep your phone safe. I've dropped my phone more times than I can count. I've scratched the surface. I've gotten it mildly dirty (not covered in liquid). The Defender case keeps my phone looking like the day I purchased it. However, you do have to clean under the protective screen, as sometimes dust or dirt will get between the protective sheet and the phone screen. After a year or so of use the bottom of the rubber case will become flimsy. Regardless, it works for most things - except it won't protect your phone from water.

I ordered this the week before Christmas. They did not not guarantee Christmas delivery, but I ordered it any way. It came with a few days to spare before Christmas. My daughter loves it. It is her favorite colors. This is for her first phone and we wanted it to be protected. Some reviewers have said they do not like the clear cover on this model because there are cut outs. My daughter will take her cover off from time to time to clean because it does get dirt in around where the openings are.

The good: the case fits very well and has protected the phone from a drop of the kind that previously broke the screen.The bad: that thin plastic face that protects the glass screen is useless. All it did was make it very, very hard to use the phone, so it has been removed. The people that replaced the broken screen Included a really good screen protector so we didn't need it anyway.

I love the defenders. I drop my phone all the time and have gone through several cases through several phones, and they have always protected my phones from any damage. The only draw back is the cases are big and a bit bulky, so they don't fit in your pockets nice (I'm a girl and like a slimmer phone). Sooooo, I decided to take it off and what do you know, within the first moth I dropped my phone and shattered the screen.

Love the case part, it's sturdy and keeps the phone safe...especially because it's for my son's iPhone. The thing I don't love is the screen cover part, it allows junk to get under it. My son ends up handing me his phone to clean it at least once a week because of all of the fuzz and dirt and junk that collects.

Fantastic case! I bought this for my old phone that my 3 year old son now plays with and he has dropped it multiple times onto our wood floors and this case has done an amazing job at keeping the phone protected! It is also very durable and hasn't even scratched yet even with all of the wear it has gone through! I'm very happy with this case and if he wants another color, I will be sure to order this one again!

Great Case, it has already saved my phone from a fall. Not 5 stars though because the plastic screen cover is trapping lint/dust between the cover and the touch-screen.

My husband loved this gift. The colours were amazing and just what he wanted. Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a phone case.
