Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are great lights have been going strong for months, then one night a strand stopped working. Come to find out it had water intrusion inside the charging / control panel as it turns out, when you put these out make sure the wire comes out the bottom and not the top. My mistake. I bought another set to replace, the one strand. Did I say, they stay lit all night long? They do!

The media could not be loaded. Very nice lights but wish that they didn’t come in a bundle but on a spool. Definitely would have made the install much easier

Ordered the Multicolor. Each string are very long. I have three bushes in front of my house and was able to loop sting twice around bush one, run it to bush two and loop twice, then run it to bush three and loop twice (bushes are close together) and still had enough left over to loop it twice on the limbs of my hibiscus tree that sits behind the bushes. They were very easy to set up and to adjust the combination setting (I kept mines on solid as I have flashing Christmas lights on my picture and side windows).The con: They aren't very bright. I mean you can see the lights BUT they aren't as bright as the multicolored lights that I have on my windows. It's more like a low glow as if you slid a light dimmer down. I guess this is because they aren't getting the type of wattage as you would get with plug in lights.Overall, I am not disappointed because I do have lights on my bushes & trees and I don't have an electrical plug outside of my house so it's making due.

They are as bright as one can expect for solar string lights, but I appreciate the deep color intensity of these particular strings. I have been lucky with these red lights as they have lasted three brutal winters. The squirrels seem to stay away from them or I wouldn't still have them. The squirrels destroyed the blue and green light versions of the exact same strings within hours of putting them up, which was infuriating. They look pretty, they ALL look pretty especially on the evergreens, but the main problem is that the cables are VERY thin and easy to break. Once a squirrel leaps into them, those lights are gone. The lights and strings also tangle very easily and are difficult to put up and remove. I won't be replacing them if they don't make it through next winter because I am done with flimsy cables on solar string in general.

These are beautiful and on most sunny or partly sunny days last well into the night. My one complaint is they worked the least well near Christmas. The "darkest time of year" on days with any clouds they would die out before 10 PM. I'd buy them again but not specifically as Christmas lights.

I’ve ordered these a few times and they last 6 Mo to a year before they quit working. They look nice at night and last 8-10 hours with Florida sun. My only complaint (as stated by another reviewer) is they are not easy to string. I wrap them around trees and they are in a rats nest out of the box. They should be on a spool to make it less difficult to string them.
