These inserts are so well made and flexible. They stick as placed inside shoe and give GREAT SUPPORT. The inserts are very comfortable. The variety of colors is super. Great value for the money. Perfect fit.I would recommend making this purchase. I intend to make another purchase.I have told several people who have foot problems to make a purchase.

The pads aren't sticky enough to stay in place.

I have major issues with my ankle/foot and have been unable to find a shoe or othotic that works since my injury. I couldn't get the placement correct adhering them to my shoes, but using these arch inserts,, I was able to engineer my own orthotic that gets the arch placement correct. Instead of adhering the inserts to the shoe, I reversed the left and right and placed them on the underside of a memory foam insersole that I purchased and then positioned them in my shoes. Heaven!!!! The additional bonus is that I can move my rigged up inserts to different pairs of shoes if needed. The adhesive seems very good for this purpose and the arches are comfortable now that I could precisely get them positioned against the sole of my foot.

They don't stay in place

Very beneficial to use in flats that I wear to work everyday to help be more supportive. Great buy!

Easy to apply and can be washed and reused. I'm very happy with them.

I put these ON TOP of my inserts for arch support because the arch support in in inserts I’ve bought is never enough for my feet. And of course the arch support that come in shoes when you purchase them is even worse.However, I can’t really blame shoe companies because while adjusting these cushions, it made me aware of how much of a huge difference there is in the feel of the shoe and cushion when placing it just 1/4” differently. It makes me realize that everyone’s feet is a little different - your arch is probably in a slightly different place compared to mine but it makes a big difference.In order to make them stay on permanently, I simply add Super Glue Gel on the Arch Support Cushions and it works very well. I actually am glad that the adhesion is not stronger (and it actually is very sticky) because then I can try them in different positions on top of my arch support to figure out what spot makes them most comfortable. Once I have figured that out by walking a few steps, then I Super Glue them in.

The silicone used for this product is way too hard to provide support. It merely pushed into my arches and felt like I was stepping on rocks; I didn't last an hour with these in, and I hadn't even walked that much within that hour. These are so painful, and I'm pretty sure these will do more harm than good for most arches.Easy installation and removal, though.
