This is my second bottle. I don't take it on the regular but add it to my daily routine when i have inflammation flare ups...like hip pain specifically.Do note, it's not a miracle quick fix or a standalone supplement. It does take a few days to start feeling the effects but historically, lesser flare-ups without taking Cat's Claw takes much longer to resolve.I should also note that like many glycerites, this one is pleasant to take. While directions are the same with alcohol based tinctures, and i assume it is to dilute to mask the taste, it really is not necessary with this since it has a sweet flavor. I just dispense right under the tongue.Side note, i really like that this product is from a super local small business just a few miles away.

I have been using this for a long time! Cat’s Claw has sooooo many good properties. I can definitely tell a difference in my pain levels when I use this.

Glycerine base makes this particular herbal more absorbable. Cat’s Claw actions of anti inflammation and subsequent pain remediation are most efficiently processed by the body in this form of the herbal preparation; rather than in alcohol suspension or capsules. My clients have experienced more success in using this brand’s formulations than others we have tried out. HerbMama offers superior products and I’m impressed enough to use them myself.

There is a slight flavor but it’s not offensive, I put a dropper full in about 1/2 cup water.Cats claw needs time to be effective though, so I’m giving it time to be fair.I am a bit disappointed in the dropper, the plastic part around the rim broke, the first time I used, if the bottle gets tipped, the contents will spill all over. Someone from the company assured me that a new bottle would be sent, it’s been about a month, and I have not received it.

Legit so good for your overall health and immune system. I love this stuff and it takes good. I take it preventatively or when I start to feel run down.

I got this for my ear infection. One of my good friends recommended this because she read it on one of the medical medium books. I was suffering from a persistent ear infection which would leave me feeling terrible with a blocked ear and hearing issues. I tried the antibiotics and it still came back. Tried this and my infection is gone. It’s been almost 3 months and it has cleared off with just few weeks of taking this.
