I was a bit skeptical at first. But, I figured nothing ventured nothing gained, right?! Set up was easy. It took a few minutes to get the hang of using the wand. But the picture clarity was such that it was worth the effort. I have problems with my left ear due to military service. It is perforated and wax build-up decreases my ability to hear well on that side. I was really shocked by how much wax was built up. I used a bit of H2O2 and laid on my side with a hot water bottle to loosen the old wax up a bit. After about 20 minutes I went at is and a Huge, seriously, huge chunk came out. At that point, I could hear much better like maybe 30% better. If I had a normal ear I bet it would have been back to 100%. But for me, this was like hearing again out of that ear that was down to like 10%.I also noticed that my balance was better and for the first time in ages I could sleep with my ear actually on the pillow. I could not have done that before as the pressure on the ear was very uncomfortable. I did this for 3 days and took out about 2 peas worth of wax. I hope this helps someone. It sure helped me.

This thing is just absolutely AMAZING!!! The first time we used to it was blown away by How easy it was to clean your ear and just how much dirt and wax was in there. There’s no way anyone would have been able to clean it without a tool like this and already recommended it to a dozen people! It’s so easy to use and to keep your ear clean! Highly highly recommend to everyone!

The ear scope works as advertised (mostly). It was easy to setup and use and has a good accompanying app to save pictures. It is great for kids and Adults who have to deal with constant ear wax problems. Using Q-tip you can always push the wax further away and it can get very tricky to remove.This tool is most effective when you use it along with the ear wax solution. Dry ear wax can be very difficult and painful to remove even with this tool. It is best to soften it first and then use this to clean the outer ear without hurting yourself.The picture in the review is of my hand and not the ear. I did not want to gross anybody with actual pictures of the ear.Pros.a. Charge the scope first. The last thing you want is the scope running out power in the middle of the cleaning session.b. Ease of setup - The tool is super easy to setup. Follow the instructions and download the app from the app store and connect to the scope using the app. Once connected you can use the wide or the focus view.c. Clarity and Brightness - The light source for the scope is good. It makes it very easy to navigate inside the ear.Consa. Moving the scope inside the ear takes some practice. It takes a while to get used to the movement and orientation of the captured feed on the app.b. The captured images sometimes do not capture the brightness accurately.Overall it is a great buy and your ears will thank you.

The product is exactly described. Easy to setup and use. The image quality is not great, but is good enough for the application. However after using it for may be 2 min, my ear started aching. What followed was 2 days of severe pain. I went to the doctor and the doctor say putting in the device without sanitizing it well could have resulted in an infection. So after spending close to $125 I am now feeling better. So it is a good product and works as intended, but please do not use it without a doctor's supervision or you could end up infecting your ear.

I am very satisfied with this product and have always been addicted to checking my ears and my family. I use this product to find things that irritate my ears. After a glance, there is a small strand of hair beside my eardrum. I can’t hear clearly, but I did send the image to the doctor. They were surprised at how well the image was taken and asked what I used. I showed them this product and left a deep impression on them. This product cannot be used with my iPhone, but can only achieve excellent plug and play on the PC through the camera application in Windows. I would strongly recommend this product because it can do the job and also has a light controller. The accessory I use is black, and without it, I cannot control the camera into my ears. I have never used the attached pick, because the hair is attached to the drum, and I am afraid that I will not hit it under my own control. Overall, I like this camera. I pulled out the blocked ear canal! Great product

We had another ear wax remover with a light but it wasn't rechargeable.This one makes it much easier as it's not like these things use something common like a AAA battery.The light works great, so we're not fussing with some small flashlight or something. The camera connects quickly and is clear, but I didn't find it very useful. Kinda neat to play with and maybe a bit gimmicky. The rechargeable light is where the value is here.

I am an elementary school nurse and ordered this otoscope because of how small it was and because it connected right to my work iPhone. I am happy with the quality of this otoscope. The free app is easy to use and you can record and/take pictures as well. The only thing I had a problem with is the otoscope tips that it come with are made for adult-sized ear canals. It should come with pediatric sizes as well to prevent painful insertion. I am also impressed with the bright light to see clearly into the ear canal. Overall, I am very happy with this otoscope.
