Original delivery was lost by the courier, response to delivery enquiry was quick and a replacement sent within a few days. Thanks. The remote works well as a direct replacement for the original, easy to set up and really nice to have a functioning scrolling wheel again.

I’ve purchased few remotes previously, either magic pointer won’t work or the remote won’t get registered. For my LG tv, this product MRG20 works like charm. Add 2 batteries to the remote(battery’s aren’t included) and turn on the TV, remote registered automatically. Mouse pointer works, voice control works flawlessly. Looks like for like against original remote. Good value. Would recommend. Update : 10:12:24 the Mouse pointer is not working it runs to the corner and don’t work. I’ve purchased from this seller and now on my invoice it’s showing as different seller? Something wrong here

Sat for all afternoon trying to get it to per with my tv it kept freezing up having to turn my tv on and off still couldn’t get it to work the magic eye came on just stayed in the middle of tv then everything stopped working Thought it was me so son-in-law came to sort it with no joy exactly the same ( may have been damaged in transit )

Totally Excellent indeed! I am incredibly pleased with this, my new magic remote and it arrived a day earlier than expected, brilliant. Works as it should do and exactly the same as what originally came with my 'Glass on Picture', LG 55" TV. That remote, for whatever reason just started playing up? Mainly the 'wheel' in the middle of the remote, stopped the clicking that it used to do when pressing to select something. Now, it's like, WOWEE, with this new remote saving my sanity - meaning, trying to operate your TV with your now faulty original remote, becomes a total Knightmare!!! I must admit, I did originally hesitate to order this product for a variety of reasons and all that did basically, was to extend my grief trying to use my old remote. Dont Hesitate, if you need this magic remote or any other remote that this Business supplies, just order it, it's that simple dear people.....no worries.

This worked perfectly, right out of the box. No setup needed. I just put batteries in and was back in business. It was the exact replacement for my broken LG MR20GA remote. We'll see how long it lasts...

Definitely LG genuine. Arrived promptly. Connected easily and works perfectly. My old remote click wheel broke which seems to be a common fault with these remotes. Just make sure you check the model numbers as there are a couple of remotes that look identical (this one definitely works for my TV (OLED65BXPTA).
