I am a cinnamon lover, and add it to my coffee every day. Surprisingly, cinnamon is touted as a good daily anti inflammatory, and since I have a problem with swelling in my ankles, I became a serious cinnamon connoisseur. Most cinnamon sit on top of my coffee, by I enjoy the smell , so I can honestly say I have tried at least a dozen cinnamon brands to find one I look forward to using. I came upon this one while visiting family, and I absolutely 100% love it. The taste is divine and I love the smell. I could eat this by the teaspoonful lol. Instead, I put it in my coffee each morning and also sprinkle it over my protein shake. It smells heavenly, and in the three weeks I have been using it daily, I’ve not had to take a single water pill for my swelling. My search is finally over…. Try it…. You’ll love and enjoy it! It’s my tasty little miracle in a bottle.

Hello Cinnamon aficionados! If you love a strong, spicy, sweet cinnamon, THIS IS IT! So often good cinnamon costs a fortune and of course you get what you pay for...because the truth is that there is a difference in how cinnamon is harvested-and from where... Location, location-location. SURPRISE! I've found a new fav' spice- and it is WELL PRICED, is packaged attractively- good quality and quantity, and has all the very best qualities of a GOURMET CINNAMON without having to mortgage the house.

The media could not be loaded. This cinnamon tastes very good. I’ll be honest, I don’t know if it’s any better than other brands in baking, but it’s definitely smells more vibrant. It tastes potent, has a deep color and works well. Maybe a little thicker than other cinnamon I’ve used in the past. I use it to sprinkle on my morning coffee, in oatmeal, etc.

Now people, ya’ll need to listen up: if your budget allows for it, there are two items to go whole hog on, 1) Kerrygold butter. Makes Land of Lakes more like Land of Fakes. And 2) Crate and Barrel Royal Cinnamon. It’s the healthy kind but it has that bright, aromatic flavor right out of the bottle. On hearty toast (I recommend New England Brown Bread from Village Hearth) with the aforementioned Kerrygold butter, (and a sweetener if you prefer), it’s heavenly.Crate and Barrel also sells Cinnamon Verum which needs cooking/baking time to bring out its earthy nuances.

The flavor is very nice, but I expected a more intense flavor. Other flavors like ginger and nutmeg work well with it for a more complex flavor.

Cinnamon is so pure aromatic and flavorful. Once I tried this brand, I will never go back to any other store bought brand
