Onboard UFO Encounters: True Accounts of Contact with Extraterrestrials

One Very Interesting Book
In 1993 I had a very strange encounter, twice exactly a week apart. It was October and I had just turned 46. The first occurrence was on a Saturday night. I slept on my left side — my back facing the wall and my front faced into the room. I heard a humming sound and the room was dimly illuminated in a greenish glow. I tried to call to my 23 year old son in his bedroom, and no sound would come out of my mouth. The whole time, I felt as though a giant hand was pressing down on my right side prohibiting any movement. Thoughts raced through my head — could it be a UFO causing the hum and green glow and the extreme pressure pushing down very firmly on my right side? Could it be a visit from my Dad who had passed away two years earlier? I had no idea. I couldn’t stop thinking about the event. It had lasted about 6 minutes and ended as abruptly as it had started. The following Saturday a literal carbon copy of the previous week’s experience happened. The following week nothing happened at all. However, the thought came into my head that maybe they had learned I had had a hysterectomy 14 years ago in March of 1979 at age 31. The thought continued, almost as it was being dictated into my brain. Since I had no uterus and only one Fallopian tube, I was of no use to them. I’m 73 now and the event is as crystal clear in my mind as it has been all the days since it happened so many years ago. This book actually made me understand that the thought that came to me the third Saturday in October of 1993 most likely may have been a message from the previous two weeks’ visitor(s). I never saw anyone. I actually wish I had.For as long as I can remember I have had the feeling that there are definitely other beings in the universe. Of course we’re not alone. Our all-powerful creator, God, would not have made this infinite, wonderful universe for just us Earthlings. I’ve always felt it was the epitome of arrogance when someone would proclaim there is no other life in the universe. As I read each person’s account of their experiences I hoped that millions of other people will read this book and understand our Lord created so much more than our limited minds can possibly conceive. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone to read these excellently presented accounts of contact with other forms of God’s creations.

Very Interesting—Always with a grain of salt.
Anyone can make up a story & that is always the question—believable or not? If read with the option that such are possible, all of these cases make for interesting reading. Equally interesting is the comment that religious figures also have been seen on UFOs but as mentioned here all such figures seem to be Christianity based—Where are the Buda’s or Ghandi’s, etc. There Is a lot of speculation that due to such vast distances between planets, UFO’s/ aliens really come from alternate dimensions yet here the cases which present an explanation for the location of the alien’s home world present the location as planetary bodies in space surrounded by other planetary bodies. Of course, both views might be an option. I don’t remember any case in this book where an alternate dimension would be the answer.I like this book because the cases don’t seem especially outlandish and are short enough to not get bogged down in minutiae and seem at least plausible, outside of a Superman/ Flash way of thinking. Are UFO’s/ Aliens real? Perhaps there are too many cases, many with similar descriptions by people who have no connection to one another not to have a basis in fact.

Amazing stories
These stories are remarkable and remind me of why I quit investigating UFOs 45 years ago: They make it obvious that if you take these stories at face value, you are left with the conviction that there is no baseline of reality in today's world. In saying that I am not disbelieving the events described; rather, I am saying that there is no baseline structure that can be used to justify skepticism or belief. There is, on the other hand, one perspective that can be adopted that "explains" much of what is told in these stories to the extent they can be explained at all: Quite aside from the issue of UFOs and extraterrestrials, there is a long history in the literature of our world of what is called "OBE" -- i.e., "Out of Body Experience." Indeed, one of the stories in this book identifed OBE as a factor, and the experiencer noted the "silver cord" connecting him from his distant corporeal body. An OBE would explain how a person could have the monumentally realistic and yet seemingly impossible experiences and then, when it is over, find themselves waking up in the bed they were in before the experience started. That doesn't mean the experience was necessarily a fantasy, though of course that is always a possibility. But it also means we who hear of the experience have no way of judging its validity. Thus we can only depend upon stories in which radar tracks are recorded, multiple witnesses view the same lights in the sky or even various styles of vehicles, or other physical evidence. Stories such as these in this book cannot be judged accurately, and any judgment of it or meaning we derive from it must remain completely conjectural and untrustworthy.

No references for verification: could be all made up
Interesting narratives without back up references. All stories were compiled by a psychic, SF author, ufo “investigator” and prolific subject matter writer, which just feeds my skepticism about the independent verifiable veracity of them all. True accounts or not, they make Preston Dennett money for sure.I believe that we are regularly visited by ET’s and that contacts do take place based on independently verified reports and analyses, but I cannot give this book any credence as it lacks source material and other corroborating evidence.

ET experiencers
I have only now finished this novel. It has very revealing accounts by many people. Well worth the money and time. More later.

Not credible and drags
After a while the nonsensical fiction portrayed as supposed reality in this book stretches to the point of being totally beyond belief.
