The only thing I didn't receive all the pieces. I am missing a green marble. I received 9 instead of 10.

This Chinese Check board was a replacement for one that I played with my Grandmother as a child! It is great!! Now my mother at 87 yo can play and still beat me...Thanks for helping make game time fun again

Cheaply packaged-marbles we’re loose all over the box. Luckily none had come out but not giftable as is. Also no instructions. I realize it just Chinese Checkers, but there must be some rules??? Grandkids will probably love it but should have bought a more expensive setI guess.

This Chinese Checkers set was of good quality. The wood seems sturdy and well made. The marbles were good, though a couple had flaws (one has a flat side). Fun for the kids!

The marbles are barely ok and the board is cheapo pressed wood that will suck up a drop of water like a sponge. All in all not worth the price. A decent cheap board but it should then also be cheaper.

Bought this so my 8 year old grandchild could learn how to play. He learned very quickly, marbles are easy to handle. He has fun making different designs and shapes when we are not playing .

This is the first of two inexpensive games that’s I returned. I returned this one because it looks like wood but it’s really pressed board with a wood colored laminate top. It looks nice. The marbles are very uneven but it’s playable.Where the holes for play are routed out, you can see the pressboard. I cannot tell if the holes are sealed or not but doesn’t look like it to me. Therefore if liquid or water ever got dribbled on this game top, on the exposed pressboard, or if it is wiped with a wet rag and water gets into the holes, the pressboard will probably swell up.I then bought the version with the wooden pegs instead of marbles. I LOVE that one. Honestly it is also particle board under real wood laminate on top, but the holes are straight up and down (more difficult to get wet and easier to repair) and I just love that the pegs do not roll out of holes like the marbles do. I will never submerge it in water so I think it will last a long time.

I like the overall appearance. The wood was solid and not cheap-looking. the Chinese checkers set is a good addition to a family room, living room or any room for family and/or friends gatherings.
