Panavise812-03 3-Inch Extension for 809 Suction Cup Mount

I purchased this mount at the same time as the Panavise 809 mount. It can be a little sketchy to get the two together, but they will go, and it works perfectly. You have to hold the clamping pieces on the mount where it looks like they won't go, and tighten the Allen head screw. When it's all done, it's solid. Great stick-ability all over the place on smooth surfaces.

The first two fell apart after a few months. The current version does exhibits a better unit, but will not take the weight of an iPhone 12pro on a rough road. Must use more of a vertical downward than horizontal application

Does exactly what it is designed for, and is easily installed and removed, and they are stack-able for long extensions. I only wish they would provide a t-shaped handle screw to eliminate the need to carry an allen wrench to bump the rating up to 5 stars..

When you're getting the 809 mount, just pick one of these up too... They're cheap, and if you don't have it, your phone will end up too far away to comfortably interact with it while mounted. You'll have to lean up, take your eyes off the road longer, etc.... Its cheap insurance to have this in case you need the extra 3".Quality.... Like everything else Panavise, it doesn't get much better than this. This is not a cheaply made afterthought. Its well designed, very sturdy, and clearly well made.
