Economical and works for me.
I have been taking Co-10 for general health and didn't notice much of a change, and was debating on continuing it because of the varied pricing. A few months ago I began taking this brand and recently I noticed a gradual change. I am now more alert, energized and will wake up before my alarm clock. Even when there are occasional sleepless nights I still wake up refreshed and ready to move on w/my day or if I do my usual 5 miles of physical activity I am not as tired out like before. I will continue to take this brand as the local stores do not carry it in my locale.

Great Product From a Brand I Trust
I'm 54 and I've taken CoQ10 supplements for around 25 years. I trust the brand that I currently take but when I tried the Schiff version, I can say that am probably going to switch. Why? First and foremost is brand trust. I can trust a brand that has such a long history. Secondly. This product has actually made a difference. My blood pressure is down a few points and I also noticed that I have fewer muscle aches after working out. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no after taste like some supplements. Overall. This product is worthy of a glowing review from this user.

BEWARE - What are these STRANGE color blotches?
I am a long-time user of Schiff Megared CoQ10 supplement capsules and have never encountered this before. This is from a 90 capsule bottle (Lot AD0152, Exp 01/2024, delivered by Amazon August 23, 2022) and some of the capsules (10, that I count) have this blotchy condition, as shown in the photo. The remaining capsules look normal. If it were some sort of moisture intrusion, why would all the capsules not be affected? How could it be that only SOME of the capsules have this strange appearance? There is a no-return policy so I am stuck with this bottle that is immediately going in the GARBAGE. Is Quality Control non-existent at Schiff? I sent an email with photo to Schiff but have not received a response yet. Buyer Beware!
