After purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, I was seeking a rugged case with a proper built-in screen protector, to ensure that my (very expensive!) new phone would remain in mint condition throughout my ownership. Whilst I found dozens of cases on the market, the vast majority either had no screen protection at all or otherwise, this was supplied as a separate self-adhesive item instead. Since my previous experience in attaching these had been far from good, given that it is very difficult to eliminate all air bubbles when fitting them, it was thus highly important to me that one should be incorporated in the actual frame of the case assembly. Also, the fact that the rear camera cluster sits proud of the handset's case, this makes the raised moulding & glass panel very susceptible to abrasion damage & so I wanted to ensure that the risk of this happening was minimised also. Hence & after much careful research, I finally settled on purchasing the SupCase & am pleased to say that it completely met all my requirements on both counts. The case comes in two halves, a front bezel with the required built-in screen protector & a substantial rear section having a "rubberised" edge, this has an extremely deep recess for the camera cluster & so there is now no likelihood of this vulnerable area becoming "scuffed" when the phone is placed on flat surfaces. It is very easy to fit the phone inside both "shells", they simply clip together, my only slight criticism being that the clear protector has a circular self-adhesive section for the fingerprint recognition area, this has a "peel off" panel which has to be removed first & this proved very awkward to lift, as there was no tab to aid gripping it. A further bonus is that the fact that the case has a separate & substantial carrier frame supplied with it, this incorporates a sturdy belt clip & so this is a very useful accessory for anyone going out in trousers, skirts or shorts which have either far too small-sized pockets or simply none at all. Based on the fact that the SupCase met all my specific (& somewhat "niche"!) needs completely, I am more than happy to award it a five-star rating accordingly & hence can thoroughly recommend it to anyone else who has similar requirements to me.

Being an engineer it's hard for me to keep my phone in good condition. Tried this case after trying other 'rugged' cases by other brands. This case is by far the best I've seen yet. Wraps the phone completely and stops and scratches on my s20 pro. They are bulky but I expected that for protection. Definitely worth buying!Only thing that let's it down is the fingerprint sticker is single use, so once you take your phone out for cleaning it's pretty much impossible to get it to work again.

I've been using this case for a few weeks and it has saved my phone on numerous occasions, despite the beating it takes both on bike rides and at work (Bike workshop). Recently I managed to scratch the screen protector and asked the seller if they sold them separately. They responded in under an hour and sent me a whole new case in less than 24 hours for free. Amazing! Highly recommend

I've been using this case for 4 months now.The case is very sturdy and has protected my phone from a few drops where it's landed screen down, however there are two drawbacks that stop it being a 5/5.The screen protector is pretty bad.It doesn't stick to the screen so dust and dirt get caught in it very easily through the speaker and camera holes.The fingerprint scanner works fine if you set your fingerprint after putting the case on, but the sticky bit for the fingerprint does get dust stuck on the inside and looks dirty, as well as being very noticeable when your using the phone.The only other draw back is that the kickstand is kinda hard to get out unless you have long nails. But it does seem very durable so I won't complain too much.Overall I'd recommend the case, just wouldn't bother using the screen protector that comes with it4.5/5

Everything is nice and all good quality but the screen protector does not actually stick to the screen in resulting dust getting under the screen protector in just first day . So pretty much had to take it off after day 1 . Sadly

The case is very sturdy and would protect your phones in accidental drops. However the fingerprint reader doesn't work with the protector. I ordered 1 and a little sticker came peeling off with the inside sticker which I thought may have caused the issue so ordered a second thinking it would then work and despite that little sticker remaining on this time it still doesn't work. Dissapointing as little over 35 pounds out of pocket for a case that infringes on the functionality of the phone. So will be returning both.

Fingerprint reader is awsome works fantastic. The feel and sturdiness is brilliant. 100% worth every penny. If you have a brand new phone definitely invest in this. It will protect so well. Wish I had bought this earlier

This is a quality case! Best I've seen for this phone, I'll be getting them for the rest of the family if they S9 cases. I didnt realise how strong it was until I tried to take it off. This will never let your phone pop out if dropped. The front of the case is the solid screen protector that works perfectly with fingerprint access. Cannot fault this on anything! Even price!
