10-year accumulation of dust and grime on residential AC unit in Pacific NW, cleaned core & fins very well. Gloved up for application on a calm day - mist from spray bottle could drift (read precautions on bottle, odor was not unpleasant

Good product
Worked great on cleaning the outside coils on our mini splits. Was easy to use as it's a spray sit and rinse. Much cheaper than paying to have a company come out and clean it.

Good product for a DIY'r. Effective, easy and affordable. Bottle came defective but managed

Good cleaner but sprayer bottle not powerful enough
Good cleaner but I'd not get this sprayer bottle again. The handle and trigger are not very strong so the fluid doesn't go out far enough and you get tired quickly doing this -- especially for two condenser units for our dual zone house. Again, the cleaner itself when properly applied really melts the dirt off after spraying with water, but the application part is more difficult. The sprayer part should be redesigned to use less pressure and apply the fluid more easily over broad areas and difficult creavices where you cannot get close enough to the coils.

It worked for a window air conditioner
I sprayed as closely as I could, making sure the spray got in between the coils. I went over the coil a few times, waited a few minutes, then followed up with a garden hose making sure the water sprayed in between the coils.I don't know how well I could have gotten the coil clean by just using water spray, but with all the work involved in pulling the a/c out of the window, and bringing it around the corner outside where I could use a garden hose, I only wanted to do this once.

Does the job
Great product that cleaned the fins to like new appearance. Followed directions and was pleased with the ease of use and unexpected good results. Will purchase again.
