Easy to install. I use 8 frame hives and the universal design was simple to install with no tools needed. I have bought more than once.

Good quality build. I am in a dearth and want to protect my colony from robbing. I added early this morning before the foragers took flight. This afternoon, there are many returning that are still trying to find their way in. I trust they'll learn the opening is at the top

Great to guard against robbing. I lost a colony to hornets in a single day before the hornets descended. 3 honey supers and two deeps gone. I put this on and taped up and holes or cracks and so far so good. The idea is the bees can figure out how to come out the top doors and the hornets can't. True! I hate hornets!!!

I like these. A lot of my bee keeping friends don't want to use them because they have always used something else. But I like them. I will say if one of the hives has a large number of bees, this can slow them down a bit and cause a traffic jam. For the most part though, it works great. I can easily close and open when needed. The bees will kind of cement them in place, so you have to check every once in awhile to make sure the doors are still loose. Easily installed and easily removed if needed.

This is a lifesaver. Our hive was robbed last summer and this has worked wonderfully to keep the robber bees at bay
