Better than expected.
There is a warning on this bottle that says that putting it over peeling concrete is not recommended. Such concrete should be replaced.I have done a considerable amount of work to my backyard as of late. It looks wonderful back there. The are two projects that I have to put off for now simply because of prioritization. I need to replace a fence, and I need to replace a concrete slab. Neither are in the budget for at least two years. The problem with the concrete slab is that the concrete is peeling. It is cheap concrete that was put in prior to me purchasing the home. The problem with this peeling concrete is that it made it impossible to keep my entire patio clean. The other two slabs of concrete that are back there are in perfect shape despite being over 40 years old. The chipping concrete, though, caused much of the area to be constantly full of a fine dust that is impossible to clean.I decided to purchase this product just to see if I could improve the aesthetics of my backyard for the next couple of years until there is room in the budget to actually replace the concrete. I have been happy with the results.I started by scrubbing down the existing concrete as well as I could. This included the two slabs that are still in good shape. I used an old paint brush to apply this product. I put one coat on the good concrete and two coats on the defective concrete. The result was actually much better than I expected. To be frank, there really is no way to save the defective concrete to make it look good. However, this sealant has stopped the constant shedding of dust and small rocks from this slab. It did darken that slab considerably, and there are a couple of spots where it cured a whitish color. This is all cosmetic, to be honest, as the goal wasn't to make it aesthetically pleasing. It was to make it easier to clean. The good concrete slabs look very nice. They darkened considerably with the application of this product, but I think it looks better that way.I have a couple of warnings for perspective buyers. First off, it was sticky for a few days after application, so I was reluctant to walk on it. That became less apparent over time. Additionally, it becomes fairly slippery when wet. Many of my friends have asked if I thought it would work on their concrete pool decks, and I would definitely not recommend that. Finally, make sure you wear rubber gloves when using it. I thought I would be okay since I would not be directly touching the product. However, at one point, I dropped my brush into the bucket, and I instinctively reached into the bucket to grab it without thinking. I was peeling this stuff off of my hands for almost a week. If I was a third grader, I would have been the coolest kid in school. Not cool, though, if you are conducting interviews at work.I gave this five stars because it was better than I expected. I can now clean my patio with a broom instead of a pressure washer. I suspect it will take about two years for me to save the money I spent on this in reduced water usage. I am considering doing this to my driveway as well.

great sealer
Used this to seal concrete countertops (I used Ardex- Feather Finish--purchased on amazon--over laminate counters). I used a big sponge to apply it and did 4 thin layers. it was a big pain to get it off my hands so definitely use gloves and avoid getting it on your skin at all costs. I found the smell to be pleasant (smells like box hair dye) but my husband did not really like the smell. I attached pictures of before and after I used it on the counters in case you want to see how it changes the color. It is more of a semi-gloss than a satin finish but I did do 4 layers of it. it works great... no stains at all.

This time I used the Cure and Seal and it came out much better that I expected with regards to water prove and ...
I did a foundation for a Shed, a landing pad at the bottom of stair, plus a drop down in my driveway that was not save for my motorcycle. I did the mixing as I have in the past by emptying cement bags in the area then using garden hose to add water and a shovel to mix in place. In the past it turned out ok. This time I used the Cure and Seal and it came out much better that I expected with regards to water prove and hardness. We've had some significant rain and I've notice the older work soaks up the water more than the sealed work. I used a sprayer to apply. I'm now going to get some more and treat the older work.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do
Great curing agent with nice matte finish. Easy to use with a garden sprayer. If you are laying concrete, this is a nice shortcut in place of water curing. Not sure why Amazon says this is for pets…. Looks like the algorithm had a little issue.

Highly recommend
This is a fantastic product. As long as you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS VERY CAREFULLY you will have great success in using this. I am very impressed with the coating that it put on my newly laid cement and prevented me from having to do the misting for several days. Make sure that you do not get this on your current cement and prevent the puddling in any areas on your new cement. Anybody that has given a negative review on this product simply does not know how to follow directions.

Sooo it works
But it isnt fabulous and if you do several layers it can peel. We used it for our concrete countertop. Ended up buying something else to finish it off nicely. This held up great in the short term but not in the long term for how we used it.

Worked great on Concrete coutertops
This product worked perfectly for my newly installed concrete countertops I used a paintbrush to paint it on. I only needed 1/4 of a gallon for over 30 square feet of counter space. It was easy to spread. I put two coats. It feels durable. It dried quickly within a few hours and was use able within 24. Texture feels like light layer of silicone. Slightlyshiny and super easy to clean spills off.

Not worth the money
I have had nothing issues with this sealer. Left the concrete somewhat sticky even a couple months after application so imprints are left on it by objects that sit on it. It has not been waterproof at all. I have applied multiple coats and moisture still somehow penetrates into the concrete itself (you can tell by the discoloration).
