I have a swollen knee with posterior and medial pain that was preventing walking. This brace helped my knee feel more stable and therefore aided walking with painkillers.The cross over straps are essential to this feeling. I've used it without and my knee feels less stable. Some braces don't have these.The brace does work it way off the knee and down the leg which puts undue pressure on the knee cap from the top band. This will be true of all similar braces. I've noticed the use of the cross over straps reduces this tenancy compared to when I don't use them.The material is typical of braces and gets sweaty underneath which facilitates slippage. Inserting a thin cotton liner like a woman's handkerchief beneath might help.

My right knee has started giving me trouble. A fellow footballer has had issues with his knee and wore a similar brace which he found effective.I purchased this one based upon the design, stated relief from knee ailments and customer reviews.I play twice a week and have used this brace for two weeks now. It needs to be fitted fairly tight in my experience as it’s design still allowed me to run ok.I find that it cannot protect me from pain if I try to kick the ball hard BUT I can now walk ok the next day, which wasn’t the case before I wore it. I’m really impressed how little pain I have the day after playing.So in conclusion, it works really well for me with no chafing (I wear it for about 1.5hrs each time) but that might change if you went on a 5 hr walk/hike, the beauty of this brace is that the wearer could always easily loosen it off if needed.I really like this brace.

I bought this as I needed support on my dislocated knee. It came next day with Amazon Prime and was packaged really well.The product itself is comfortable and is giving my knee the support it needs to recover. I absolutely recommend this.

The quality and construction of the product was very good, however I returned it because I found it uncompfortable for me. I think that for the user who is recovering from a muscle strain or similar and needed support while training it would be sufficient.

The item was comfortable to wear easy to wash & dry. Support wise better than the Neoprene pull over joint one. Because of no doctors appointments for treatments i'm using this at work till then. Fits underneath loose fitting trousers. Reccomended in connection with Water Hydration aswell.

I am a 53 year old female who has been very active all her life. Just recently my knees had started to protest. Feeling achy and dry after rugby and weight training. Decided to look at knee supports. What can I say ? Amazing ! Totally wonderful ! Knees feel safe, supported and no longer vulnerable. Played rugby tonight. No pain afterwards...happy days... thank you 🙏 for those who are starting to feel their knee joints are vulnerable I cannot recommend these supports enough.

Good quality knee support, but unfortunately too small, could have considered large and exlarge sizes when making this product. I have to figure out how to extend the brace with straps as l like the support
