Great for making candles

I'm not sure what the term "Sheerness" means in response to this product but, overall I was very pleased with the amount and quality of the shards I received in this order. The sizes in my order range from quite small (maybe 3/4" to 1/2") to medium ( 1" to1-1/4") and large (1-1/2" to 2-1/4"). Some were longer and thinner and some were wider and a little more thick, as well as irregularly shaped. This variety worked well for me. I wire wrapped some for pendants, wire wrapped others to hang from polymer clay pendants I created and embedded some of the smaller ones into imprinted polymer clay. Some were blue grey in color and others somewhat more blue. Blue Kyanite is a wonderful stone with powerful symbolic properties. I will definitely be ordering more of these.

Good quality crystals.

Read the title carefully. These are small shards of blue kyanite. Not fans and I believe calling them blades would even be a stretch as there was not a single piece longer than 1”.Not terrible for what they are mind you, but just know that if you’re looking for kyanite fans, this is not the product for you.
