I got this after reading about using liquid zinc to help determine if one is zinc-deficient. so, I was glad to find a product I could use for that purpose.I swallowed a teaspoon-ful, and immediately tasted the metallic essence, which told me that my zinc levels are adequate. If I had not tasted anything metallic in nature, that would have told me that my body is craving more zinc, according to the testing instructions, which are basically that the less you can taste much in the liquid, the more your body is needing zinc. Not a fun way to test this, but much cheaper than getting a blood test or whatever you have to go thru the conventional way.and I'll have it on hand in case I get sick; I'm sure then I'll need more zinc.

Seems like a good product I’m not sure about absorption yet since I have not done lab work… But I would like it more concentrated. I had to take high doses and I go through a bottle way too fast

Does it's job, but tastes terrible. I got a liquid zinc supplement from a local chiropractor with an identical ingredients list that just tasted like water.

I bought this for doing a zinc test. If you have adequate zinc then this is the most disgusting stuff you ever put in your mouth, and if it isn't, then you better start supplementing.

I found out from my primary care that pill-based zinc wasn't cutting it for me, so I switched to liquid zinc and it has made a tremendous difference!

Little expensive and use up quickly.
