Love the look and the bifocals in them so that part is great. The bad is they break around the lens and I'm careful with my things. 4 months and they snapped when I opened them to wear. I've seen other people have this problem but I am buying another pair. Maybe that was a bad batch of plastic.

Gives new meaning to “cheap sunglasses”!! We don’t pay for expensive ones because we farm and we boat. And they have the mandatory (at our age) bifocals!! at $8 a pair, we always have spares. Buy them! You’re welcome!

Used for bicycling,light weight, they are great sunglasses for reading speedometer while I'm riding my bicycle

Comfortable but would not recommend because the arms fold directly into the lense and the tips scratch them.

These sunglasses are excellent for summer travel, when you are outdoors but occasionally need to look at your mobile (they're non-polarized for this reason). The bifocal part doesn't come too high up in the front. They're great for driving because you can see distance out the front and read the dashboard with correction.I bought a pair of these in January 2017, and I still have them. I wanted to keep some in other places, so I bought two more pairs in October 2017. Both of those broke in a couple months of careful use, in the same spot along the front as several other reviewers have mentioned. Because there aren't really any other sunglasses quite like these, I went ahead and bought two more pairs in May 2020. In the last week, I have bent and twisted both frames something fierce, so I could send them back if they broke. THEY DIDN'T BREAK! I think the issue with the plastic has been fixed.

i really like these. i ordered the 3x magnification and these are great. the magnification is not confined, like looking through a telescope, and i can actually read whole lines and paragraphs at a time. now i can read those tiny god damn labels on packages and barcodes at walmart.however, the glasses do feel on the light weight side, ie cheaply made. so i may have to put a drop of super glue between the lense and the frame. and definitely these are not safety lenses but do seem strong enough to deflect debris will doing lawn work.in regards to polarization? who needs it anyways? these have anti glare coating on them and the lenses wrap around the sides of the eyes too.otherwise, i think for the price, ie 8 bucks, these are a good buy.

perfect sunny-day driving glasses, if you need readers to see dashboard details. for my use, the bifocal line is right at the dashboard level, so i have a good view of that as well as the road. they are just dark enough to deal with my commute to the east in the morn and west in the afternoon. the frame seems a little cheap/flimsy, so at this price i have ordered a couple more. the gradated tint is also good for driving. these are a little bit of a "blue block" lens, but you can still see green traffic lights (assuming you could without them :)edit: if you use a neckstrap for these, you may need to clip the ear pieces (arms) to use them (but the blue bits squish out pretty easy so not a real problem). the arms are quite thick on the ends.
