ARC USA 0033B Stainless Steel Whistling Tea Kettle with Heat Resistance Handle, Teapot for Stovetop 3.2 Quart / 3L (3L - White Bird pattern)

Upon opening the package, the sides of the kettle were scuffed with paint chipped away. The pin for the mouth of the pot damaged and is not properly closing.

This kettle is quite large and the some of the paint as already chipped off.
