StohlquistWomen's Flo Lifejacket

I am 5'5" tall and in unisex size t-shirts I wear a M for a polished fit, and a L for a loose fit. I am not a very busty girl.I ordered the M/L size in this pfd and received the Navy color as they didn't have my size in the Orange in stock. I thought I could return this one and get the orange one elsewhere if I liked the fit. Well, I really like the navy color with the coral trim - so I am keeping it.I ordered three different pfd's to try fit, and this one made the cut! Woo hoo!Likes: Most important is the fit. The shoulder straps are not too close to my neck and while paddling, I don't even feel them.While the fit across my chest feels a bit weird, it is comfortable. The criss-cross straps are key to the fit and overall feel.My inner arms do not feel the straps or edges of the foam - so my range of movement is awesome!My yak has a low seat and the mesh back is so comfortable; I am not at all worried about overheating in this pfd. Even the thick chunk of foam on the upper back doesn't feel weird to me - it just 'is'.Dislikes: Pockets. Ugh, the one snap and flat profile doesn't leave a lot of room for odds-n-ends, and since it's a flat open space, no way to organize anything. I loved the pockets on the other two I tried, but the fit of this one outshined the others for my body type.Part of my problem is my left wrist is fused so it doesn't bend - trying to get into the right pocket with my left hand is challenging. I will be able to carry lip balm and a knife with no problem. I will need to get creative to find a comfy way to carry my phone on me. I take lots of pictures. :-)This is how much I liked this one. My husband told me to keep the #2 runner up as an extra and I told him while the #2 was great - it rubbed my arms so all day paddling won't be comfortable. I will order the orange Flo if I want to get a back up. :-)

Love this life vest. Others do not fit my chest. I have to go up sizes making them too big everywhere else. This vest fits, and the shoulders do not ride up to my ears.
