Feels wack and made my neck breakout in hives

This product may work for someone with thin, fine hair, but if you have thick, long hair it takes an enormous amount of shampoo to get clean. I understand that this doesn’t have a high lathering formula, but I could not get my hair properly clean without going back for more shampoo at least 4 times in one attempt at getting clean.

Not sure what's natural about this that would create this awful stench.

I noticed my hair feels and looks very healthy

All these shampoo and conditioner products have a bad smell. The only one I can tolerate is the baby one sadly they all have citric acid which is drying to the hair. The worst smelling one is the amla shampoo and conditioner!

I decided to try your grow shampoo and conditioner and I have had a HORRIBLE experience. After just one use I started to have burning hot blistering red inflamed ears that turned purple. This also spread to the back of my neck, scalp, and top of shoulders. It got so terrible I had to go to the ER. I do not know why you would put something so harsh like benzoyl benzoate into this formula which is not even listed in the ingredients list..but in fine print on the bottom of the bottle.

These products are super expensive, they don't meet what they offer, now I want to make a return and they don't want to accept it. It is disrespectful to customers who are deciding that it does not cover what is expected. the products are in a condition to return it, but if it were the case that they are already open, they should still accept the return since I am not satisfied. I will do everything I have to do, until the last consequences.
