fresh, easy to mix in coffee, neutral taste
I've been using mushroom supplements for a few years now (on and off). I think they are a worthwhile supplement that is easy to use. I usually use a mushroom powder blend, but this single source mushroom powder EXTRACT using Lions Mane Extract has been a welcome addition. I can always use a mental boost, and it can be helpful for more than that. Hence why I think mushroom supplements are great. Overall health and wellness. I am not entirely sure how to measure for benefit when I have been taking various mushroom supplements for awhile- but stopped when I started this. So I dont expect to see any changes in that regard, UNLESS it was a useless product, then I would notice a decline in effect. I have been using this most days of the week (like I normally would) and haven't noticed any decline. The 2.5 ounce packet provides 60 1tsp servings. 1000 mg per serving. That is about all I use despite my other supplements provided for more per same size serving. So its a little light in comparison. Because of that, sometimes I use a heaping tsp- but it tells me a little less is still doing its job. You'll have to decide what works for you. This is an extract, so maybe less is required? I mix it into one of my cups of coffee. If I do a smoothie, it may go there instead. Doesn't really impart any added taste. Usually mixes well into my coffee. I drink it without really noticing it. Like I said, it is just easy to take.I never feel bad, nauseous or anything.I have had NeuRoast products before and have been pleased enough. This seems like another good one.More pricey than some at $5.99 an ounce. I do like the smaller size though. I think the small packet it easy to work with, and I can keep it sitting out because it doesn't take up much room. I am more apt to remember (haha) to use it when I see it."Research has found that lion's mane may protect against dementia, reduce mild symptoms of anxiety and depression and help repair nerve damage. It also has strong anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune-boosting abilities and been shown to lower the risk of heart disease, cancer, ulcers and diabetes in animals."Helathline

Good Quality; A Bit Pricey
I have been taking mushroom extracts for about a year now and have really seen an improvement in my over all mental well being. Lion's mane helps me with my anxiety and I have noticed a large decrease in my depression as well since beginning to take it. This one, in particular, is a little more expensive for the amount you receive, at least compared to some of the other brands I am used to using. This is something to keep in mind when making your decision. On the plus side, the quality is outstanding. It tastes, feels, looks and smells just as it should and it is ground into a fine lightweight powder that blends easily into my coffee. It is pretty much tasteless, aside from a small light barely detectable earthy taste. I can't even tell it's in my coffee when I drink it.I continue to experience my ease in anxiety reduction while taking this so I can recommend this, as far as effectiveness and quality is concerned.

Duped. About 1/4 the anticipated size
Welp, I feel duped. I've been regularly getting the Neu Roast chaga, lion's mane creamer. When I went to reorder it wasn't available. But this came up. Looked exactly the same to me (from a glance). It wasn't until I received it that I realized how tiny it was. And the serving size went from a TBS to half tsp. Wonder if I'll even taste it. Shame on me for assuming it was exactly identical based and similar looks. But bad form on the company for designing it that way. Hard to believe that was accidental.
