surprisingly excellent sound quality
the mic quality blows away my yetti snowball. the omi vs directional setting can be pretty useful depending what you are doing. the mic monitoring feature works very well with 0 delay at all. the only hiccup in that feature is that windows treats the mic like another speaker output but I think its probably the best way it can be handled without additional software, and if you know your way around windows audio options you can make everything work great. The mic also has a built in foam pop filter that so far seems to have worked great (though admittingly I use it indoors and tend not to sit super close to the mic) Also, I was honestly surprised at how nice the included stand is, in the sense that it seems to be SOLID extruded (maybe?) aluminum, anodized a nice black.

Excellent value for the money
EDIT: Original review below, but I've change it to 5 stars as my previous tests were not good. I re-tested the Mic by doing a screen recording in quicktime and the difference between this Mic and just using my AirPod Pros is fairly significant. It sounds better than the airpods from 18" away (normal video call distance), blows them out of the water at 6" away (great for screen recording), and at 3" away... well, even better than that. I paid $30 for this but I would've gladly paid $60. --- I got the Mic for $30 and I think it's a good deal at that price. However, I expected this thing to sound better than my AirPod Pros on video calls but they don't. To be clear, they COULD sound better than my airpods if I spoke directly into them 2" away from the mic, but that's simply not how people take calls. I gave it 4 stars because it's a great deal at $30 and i'll be using it to record things like Product Demos where it isn't odd that I'm close to the mic.

A great budget microphone for both aspiring streamers and casual gamers.
This microphone used to be my go-to before I upgraded. It was super easy and simple to use, and sounded great as well. The features it has pair super well with streaming, namely being able to mute on a dime, and it's very versatile. Only needing USB-C to work, I feel like this is the best of the plug-and-play mics that you can get. While not the cream of the crop in terms of sound quality, it still is a good sounding microphone, and definitely top of its class in the sub-$30 or even sub-$50 price range. If you need a microphone on a budget get it. If you have a friend who needs a microphone on a budget, point them to it. It's well worth the money compared to other competitors.

Soo Good!
absolutely love this microphone! The sound quality is exceptional, and the ease of connection and setup is a huge plus. It seamlessly integrates with my MacBook Pro, making it a fantastic choice for recording vocals in FL Studio. Moreover, its versatility extends to gaming, as it performs flawlessly on my PS5 during streaming sessions and party chats. A definite thumbs up for its impressive performance across different platforms!

Good solid piece of kit.
If stars were accurate and not a game this would be a 3 to 4. Giving it a 5 star because that is how the game is played. Let's face it anything above a 3 should mean it works and is reliable. A 5 star should come with a office kitten or free cake. Alas, this did not come with either. But 5 stars so it stays near the top of the algorithm. Perfectly adequate for the job. Reliable. Fairly rugged. A good solid workhorse of a microphone for meetings. Working better than our old Snowball. No complaints about being able to hear us, except from those folks who do not turn on their sound(And that is a them issue not due to the mic.) Unlike the Snowball (Mini usb) this usb (Micro B) connection is much more common. So if you lose the power/connection cord, you most likely have a replacement one sitting around. It's also not as expensive as the Snowball. So I would go with this one over the Snowball. Cheers.

Good clarity
Bought this because the laptop mic was horrible. This made it crystal clear for others to hear me.

Tripod Design Flaw – C-Clip Can’t Hold Tension
I contacted JLab & they sent me a replacement part - there was a faulty connection between the tripod and mic. The tripod is NOT stable, as the screw tension pushes upward on the metal piece. The C-clip is unable to hold the tension, which causes the structure to weaken. This affects the overall stability and usability of the tripod, and I am concerned that it may fail during use. Please advise on possible solutions. The voice quality is fine. It would nice to have an off switch as the light is always on.

Works well for live sound monitoring in conference rooms
I'm a stenographer and I use this to amplify sounds while in large conference rooms. I have to hear what everyone says, and if I have a quiet person, I will hook this up. I put it on the omni mode, plug headphones in, and it makes my job so much easier. I don't record with it as I have a higher quality mic, but it would be a decent backup. The live sound has zero lag. It's very nice.
