It's like wearing styrofoam
In theory it sounded good until you actually put it on. First and foremost, you have to understand how thick the neoprene is. It's like wearing styrofoam and it swishes whereever you go. There's no way you can wear this under your clothes. The arms are way too long and the proportions are off. Good luck taking it off if you're alone. You literally need someone to take it off you or cut it off. That picture they use with the dude pulling it...he must've been pulling hard because it's not that flexible.

Keeps the heat in
I bought this to keep my body warm. I shake terribly like I am having convulsions when I get cold. This is nice and thick, not too stiff. You can't tell I am wearing it under other clothes at work. Of course, it has a rubber smell but it goes down after a while. I don't think it would ever go away completely since it is made of rubber but my coworkers don't notice it and I don't unless I think about it. I don't sweat doing normal activity but if I am working on the house, I sure do. It's a great price and a great deal. I would definitely buy it again.If I wanted to sweat, this would do the job with activity. I wouldn't wear it in hot weather though. It would probably send someone to the hospital for heat exhaustion.

Effective heat retention, runs really small
Good quality product. Highly effective compression and heat retention. Runs small. I wear a 48 suit jacket and a 3X is too small.

A must buy!!!
I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He hasn't left for his work out without it since he got it. He loves how it makes him sweat and he says it is very comfortable to wear. It's also fast drying as well.

Sizing is off
I bought this Thermo shirt in a 3XL. I wear a XL in shirts, and this Thermo shirt was so tight that after my workout I couldn’t get it off. I tried various ways to escape from this shirt’s tight grasp and it would not come off at all, so I grabbed some scissors and cut it in half from the front. Doing this allowed me to take it off like in the way you unzip a jacket. The sizing is way off with these Thermo shirts and I do not recommend purchasing one.

Runs extremely small!
Husband ordered the 3x and it fit like a large. Extremely small!!

Item size are miniaturized!
Size was way too small, I ordered an XL size and it matched a medium size shirt size. Tried to return by the return was almost the same price as the item itself

Smells odd even after washing it multiple times
The smell of the shirt will make your whole closet overpowering with a rubber plastic smell even after it’s been washed multiple times. It fits great and does what it’s supposed to but if you’re sensitive to smells this might not be the right choice for you
