Recieved 2 discs - 1 blue-ray dvd and 1 regular dvd. Both played the whole movie with no issue. The regular dvd for some odd reason i don't know of - had the subtitles a teeny bit blury, but everything else was sharp and clear. Where as the blu-ray dvd - the subtitles/ closed caption were crisp and sharped and did not have any issue like the regular dvd. Any one who enjoys Studio Ghibli films will surely need to add this to their collection. Plus, i think its a great anime to watch anytime but especially during fall.

Miyazaki is something else.
Unforgettable movie. Only seen it once, but I had to buy a copy. Need to see it again. Amazon should be more careful with these steelbooks.

Quality steelbook, quality film.
Easily one of the best movies from this Ghibli steelbook collection. Love the steelbook itself, and it pairs well with other movies in the series if you're collecting them. Also a big fan of the included art and interview booklets in this series. If you can get this for a similar price to the standard edition, it's well worth it.

Perfect upgrade of favorite movie
I already loved this movie but watching the special edition and getting to read the booklet that came along with it made me fall even more in with Kiki’s delivery service. Watching this edition felt like I was watching it for the first time, with that same feeling of joy and excitement when you watch a movie you know you’re gonna love for the rest of your life. Reading the booklet and getting to know more made me feel like I’m a part of a special Kiki’s club. The steelbox came in perfect condition no scratches or dents. I’m so happy to own this edition and it looks so cute set out too. Would highly recommend this movie and this edition of it.

Great for Collectors
Came with everything expected. My favorite touch is the included original theatrical trailers from Japan.

Decent Metal Box
Metal box came with one small ding but other than that it was very cool. The movie Kiki's Delivery Service is pretty interesting I love Studio Ghibli's take on on the story

Ya van 2 ocasiones en las que no me encuentro en el domicilio, y avientan el paquete por la ventana como son películas caben por ahí, pero esta ves se abollo una esquina ya que la película es metálica. Talvez para uds no es nada, pero para un coleccionista si.

スチールブックの質感が好きで海外版をamazonより購入しました。 海外版に多い2段式でblu-rayとdvdが収まっています。 xboxに挿入して再生するとまず英語メニューがでてきますが、設定の項目で日本語音声への切り替え、英語字幕のOFFが設定できます。（メニューの日本語設定はできませんが、理解は可能と思います。） その後通常再生してみましたが、ちゃんとしたblu-ray画質と音声でされました。
