Okay, so last night was my last steps. I started it, and decided not to eat any differently just to see if I would get any results. I did oh, forgot about the second day I was having more productive bowel movements. I did get a little diarrhea oh, but that's not unusual for me personally. I think in the mail I had a couple days of cramping. But other than that it went pretty well. I'm going to try this again in six months. It did relieve my bloating, a little bit. But the pressure that I felt in my abdomen was definitely relieved.
